This American Defense medal is a beautiful original WWII example with period-correct sewn on pinback, and it is also complete with the scarce "A" device for Atlantic service. I have seen some controvery over whether or not the A device should have prongs on the reverse of the ribbon, and as such, this is priced affordably to reflect that the A may possibly be a replacement device.
