A nice original Communist Party of the Soviet Union Membership book that once belonged to Alexander Borisovych Ishchenko. Alexander was born in 1938 in the Kiyv. He joined the Communist Party in 1959. He recieved a mechanical-technical education at the Institute of Engineers of Aerial Photography and Cartography in Kiyv in 1956. He is listed as being a Sr. Lieutenant in the 115th Guards Motorized Rifle Divison.  He has an entry for being awarded the medal "In Commemoration of the 1500th Anniversary of Kiev" on Nov 26, 1982.
