An authentic Soviet award banner from the Ukrainian SSR. Measures at 49" x 44" with sewn sleeve for hanging at one side. Sleeve is mostly in tact with some tearing of stitches at the bottom. Double sided. This flag features a fully embroidered Ukrainian SSR seal on the obverse and embroidered laurels/hammer and sickle on the reverse. Lenin is depicted in a painted portrait attached to the reverse of this flag, all lettering on both sides is printed. Condition is as depicted in photos, some staining and signs of age are present.
