A very nice United Spanish War Veterans encampment medal from Portland Oregon, commemorating the 40th Encampment which took place on September 11th-13th of 1938. A name is written on the paper tag in the medal's suspension device, but it is not clear to me. Great condition overall, affordable piece of history for the US collector.
