An original WWII German Eastern People's Medal (full name: Medal for Gallantry and Merit for Members of the Eastern Peoples) here. This is a 1st Class example, without swords, in gold. Nearly all of the original gold finish has been lost to time which is an unfortunately common problem with these awards. It is missing it's original pin and catch on the reverse. Priced to reflect condition, this is an affordable example of a rare award.
